Job Description
Location: Gulberg 3, Lahore
Type: Full-time, On-site
Shifts: 48 hours per week (UK Banking Hours)
Salary: Rs 40,00 – Rs 60,00 per month
Role Overview:
We are looking for a committed Customer Support Representative to manage daily operations and deliver outstanding support to our customers. The ideal candidate will assist callers with troubleshooting, navigation, and inquiries while ensuring effective workflow management.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor with effective multitasking capabilities.
- No prior experience required; preference will be given to candidates with Customer Support experience.
