Job Description
Advance Tech is on the lookout for a confident and dynamic female Customer Support Officer. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about client engagement, quotation preparation, and managing social media accounts. Whether you are a recent graduate or have up to one year of experience, we encourage you to apply. This is an in-house role that does not require site visits.
Key Responsibilities: Conducting outbound calls, promoting products, preparing quotations, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing initiatives.
Requirements: Exceptional communication skills, self-motivated attitude, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with social media. Knowledge of graphic design is an added advantage.
