Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Operations Manager to spearhead our air freight operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily air and sea freight operations.
- Negotiate competitive rates with airline carriers.
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and industry standards.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and address operational challenges.
Experience Required: Minimum of 2 years in Ocean Freight, 2 years in Air Freight, and 5 years in Freight Forwarding.
