Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a B2B Sales and Upwork Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for daily identification and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, as well as generating leads and engaging with potential clients through LinkedIn outreach. You will craft tailored proposals and pitch decks aimed at securing new projects while ensuring our company profiles are optimized for maximum visibility.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales or freelance platform management, with a strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and LinkedIn lead generation. Excellent communication skills and the ability to write compelling proposals are essential. This is a full-time, in-person position with a starting salary of Rs50,00.00 per month.
