Job Description
Oven n Grill, a dynamic restaurant committed to outstanding customer service and high-quality meals, is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Representative (CSR). The ideal candidate will manage incoming orders, assist customers, and collaborate with our kitchen and delivery teams to ensure a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders via phone, WhatsApp, and online platforms.
- Address inquiries regarding menu items and orders.
- Coordinate with team members for prompt order dispatch.
- Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions.
- Professionally resolve customer issues and concerns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or order processing.
- Proficient communication skills in Urdu and English are preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Starting at Rs30,00.00 per month.
