Wah! Brands Private Limited is on the lookout for a customer-oriented and enthusiastic Order Taker. The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional communication skills along with a friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet customers and accurately process their orders.
- Efficiently manage order processing.
- Relay pertinent information to the kitchen staff.
- Provide comprehensive menu details to guests.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an intermediate level education.
- Proficient verbal communication in both Urdu and English.
- Basic computer skills; previous experience is a plus.
