Job Description
Imam Clinic is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced OT Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the operations within the Operating Rooms, providing essential support to both anesthesiologists and surgeons, while also advocating for the highest standards of patient care.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for maintaining accurate procedure records, addressing any unusual occurrences promptly, and assisting in the development of operational standards to ensure efficiency and quality in our services.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess at least 5 years of experience in an operating room setting, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial or team lead role.
