Job Description
The Flash Review is seeking a confident and approachable Relationship Assistant with exceptional verbal English skills to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for effective communication with clients, addressing their inquiries, and swiftly resolving any issues they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients via email and chat.
- Efficiently respond to inquiries and manage complaints.
- Provide clear and accurate information about our services.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred.
