Job Description
Job Purpose: Join Dot Print PVT Limited as a Dispatch Officer, responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate dispatch of goods while collaborating with various teams to promote operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Coordinate shipments for punctual dispatch, plan and monitor delivery routes, track inventory for dispatch readiness, communicate effectively with drivers and clients, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, maintain dispatch records and status reports, and provide customer support for inquiries.
Skills & Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in dispatch or logistics, proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office, and the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
