Job Description
Flycat PK is actively searching for a committed Customer Service Representative to enhance our team. In this vital role, you will:
- Promptly respond to incoming customer calls and WhatsApp messages.
- Assist customers with information on fresh items, daily prices, and special offers.
- Accurately input paper-based or verbal orders into our online system.
- Coordinate seamlessly with packing and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain records of regular customers and conduct follow-ups as necessary.
- Address complaints or delivery issues with a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Collect customer feedback to enhance service quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs15,00.00 – Rs25,00.00 per month
