Job Description
KBK Electronics (Pvt) Ltd. is excited to announce an opportunity for proactive individuals to join our Software Support Team as Call Center Representatives in Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound customer calls related to software support, providing first-level technical assistance, and logging customer interactions while addressing unresolved issues.
Key Requirements: Candidates should possess at least a DAE or equivalent education, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ideally, one year of experience in basic software support. Please note that this is an onsite position, and applicants must be based in Lahore.
This is a contract position for a duration of 24 months, with a starting salary of Rs40,00.00 per month.
