Job Description
Interwood Mobel is on the lookout for a proactive Talent Acquisition Officer with expertise in both technical and non-technical recruitment. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing top-tier talent that aligns with our organization’s goals and culture. You will oversee the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with hiring managers to create role profiles and hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems to streamline the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and enhance employer branding.
- Promote diversity and inclusion throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Skilled in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics.
