Job Description

Meeting Matters Clinic is excited to announce an opening for a CRM Assistant to enhance our Customer Relationship Management system. In this vital role, you will be responsible for organizing client data, improving marketing strategies, and optimizing communication workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update client information in the CRM.
  • Assist in categorizing contacts for targeted marketing efforts.
  • Support the automation of email campaigns.
  • Generate insightful reports on client interactions.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations.

Requirements: Candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or CRM-focused role, demonstrate strong attention to detail, and display exceptional communication abilities.
