Job Description
Vibractive is on the lookout for an IT Support Executive to maintain uninterrupted IT operations at our amusement park. The ideal candidate will provide software support, oversee network maintenance, manage CCTV systems, and handle IT asset management, while effectively troubleshooting daily technical challenges. We seek a proactive professional with excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong customer service approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide software and user support
- Manage network operations
- Oversee CCTV surveillance
- Handle data center and server room management
- Manage IT assets
- Oversee printing equipment
Qualifications:
- BCS/BSCS/MCS or Networking Certification
- 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant or amusement park environment
- Robust understanding of IT infrastructure
- Proficient in Windows and Linux operating systems
Location: Lake City, Lahore
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 + Benefits
