Job Description

We are in search of a dynamic and results-oriented National Sales Manager to spearhead our sales operations throughout Pakistan. The perfect candidate will possess a robust background in the Construction, Ceramics, or FMCG sectors, showcasing proven success in driving revenue and managing extensive sales teams.

Key Responsibilities: Formulate national sales strategies, oversee sales personnel, nurture distributor relationships, assess performance metrics, manage pricing and promotional initiatives, and work in tandem with cross-functional teams.

Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, along with over 10 years of progressive sales experience. Strong leadership abilities and a readiness to travel extensively are essential.
