Job Description
Premio Travels & Tours is looking for a personable and organized Office Receptionist to become a vital member of our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and maintain a polished professional presence, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Managing phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them as needed.
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Keeping the reception area clean and inviting.
- Assisting with basic administrative and clerical duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Dependable, friendly, and punctual.
