Job Description

Premio Travels & Tours is looking for a personable and organized Office Receptionist to become a vital member of our team. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication skills and maintain a polished professional presence, thriving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
  • Managing phone calls by answering, screening, and forwarding them as needed.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Keeping the reception area clean and inviting.
  • Assisting with basic administrative and clerical duties.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Dependable, friendly, and punctual.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
