Job Description
Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Supervisor to join our team at the Lahore Bond Plant. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, maintaining safety standards, and guiding the team to achieve production goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily shift operations.
- Ensure a smooth workflow and timely production.
- Monitor staff performance and enforce workplace discipline.

Requirements:
- 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or plant setting.
