Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Manager to lead daily operations on our production floor at B & H Surgical Instrument. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring both efficiency and product quality. Key responsibilities include planning production schedules, supervising staff, adjusting workflows as necessary, and upholding our high standards of quality.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong leadership abilities, and proficiency in production management software are required.
