Job Description
Firm Tech Services is seeking dedicated Chat Support Agents to become part of our team in Gulberg, Lahore. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing assistance with the specific features of our services. Additionally, you will collect customer feedback and communicate this information to our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams for further improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and provide assistance with specific features.
- Collect customer feedback for internal teams to enhance service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
