Job Description

SKIN XPERTS is looking for a talented Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, confirm orders, and drive sales through WhatsApp communication. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, possess at least an intermediate education level, and be fluent in Urdu with a working knowledge of English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp.
• Clearly communicate and resolve customer concerns.
• Confirm orders and keep customers informed about their status.
• Promote products to boost sales.
• Provide outstanding customer service.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Intermediate/Graduate
• Languages: Fluent in Urdu and proficient in English
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Capability to work effectively under pressure
• Previous customer service experience is a plus
