Job Description
We invite you to become an integral part of the Benchmark School System as an HR/Admissions Officer. In this vital role, you will support HR initiatives by providing expert policy advice and participating in the recruitment process, which includes drafting job descriptions and overseeing hiring procedures. You will also be responsible for developing effective onboarding plans, creating training programs, assisting in performance management, and ensuring employee records are maintained in compliance with legal standards.
This is a temporary contract position for a duration of 1 month, with a competitive salary starting at Rs45,00.00 per month. Candidates must have a reliable means of commuting to Rawalpindi.
