Job Description
We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a Systems & Process Executive at CBA. The selected candidate will significantly contribute to our quest for operational excellence by developing and standardizing business processes while ensuring adherence to data privacy regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Standardize and document operational workflows
- Monitor and manage operational Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Facilitate effective communication across departments
- Establish and oversee system access protocols
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, Six Sigma Certification, and 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in Telecom or Fintech.
Location: Lahore (In-person)
Salary: Rs80,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
