Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor to become part of our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction cost management, bill of quantities preparation, and contract administration.
Your key responsibilities will include creating tender documentation, performing cost analyses, and overseeing project budgets to ensure financial effectiveness. Collaborating closely with project managers, architects, and clients, you will deliver precise cost estimates and forecasts throughout the project’s lifecycle.
Qualified applicants should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline. Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
