Job Description
S Ventures is in search of a highly organized and detail-oriented Assistant to the CEO. In this pivotal role, you will report directly to senior management and undertake essential secretarial and administrative responsibilities. Your key duties will include typing, formatting, and editing reports, documents, and presentations.
Additionally, you will manage data entry, maintain databases, and oversee both internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management. You will also be tasked with scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and coordinating travel arrangements.
This is a full-time position based in Islamabad. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or be willing to relocate.
