Job Description
Veevo Tech is actively looking for a proactive and responsible Shift Incharge to manage daily operations on the production floor. The successful candidate will oversee worker performance, maintain productivity standards, enforce safety protocols, and ensure seamless workflow in battery manufacturing and assembly operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily activities of production staff.
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Provide operational guidance and resolve issues.
- Oversee proper use and maintenance of machinery.
- Collaborate effectively with Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety protocols.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or technical training (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within manufacturing.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
