Job Description
ASK Development, a leading telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves answering incoming customer calls with a positive and professional attitude, effectively resolving queries and complaints, processing customer orders and payments, and managing customer account information.
Salary: $37,00 – $55,00 per month (plus performance-based incentives).
Qualifications: Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience in Customer Service (CSR). This position is based in Islamabad and is full-time.
