Job Description

Talking Mindz is actively looking for experienced and motivated Business Development Executives to join our team during the night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM). In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Medical Billing and healthcare outsourcing services to providers across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sell Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
• Generate leads through proactive outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Negotiate contracts and effectively close sales.
• Consistently meet monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational background of 12 years.
• Experience in U.S. healthcare is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Must be available for the night shift.
