Job Description

ConstructionHow is seeking a motivated Office Administrator to ensure seamless daily operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will take charge of various administrative functions, oversee office supplies, and provide support to our HR and Accounts departments while acting as a liaison for stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily operations to enhance office efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for essential documents.
  • Manage communication through phone, email, and postal mail.
  • Monitor inventory and procure office supplies as needed.
  • Assist HR and finance teams with accurate record-keeping.
