Job Description
We are excited to announce an opening for the position of HR Officer (Fresh Graduate) with our client, AEG Consulting, located in Islamabad.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Support HR operations and foster employee engagement.
- Coordinate HR-related matters with various departments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Internship experience in HR is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
