Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education Technology, Media Production, or a related field
- Master’s degree is an advantage
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing digital education projects
- Proven expertise in blended learning content creation and deployment
- Strong leadership skills to manage a multidisciplinary team of designers and engineers
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the setup and operation of a digital studio
- Plan and implement production workflows for training videos
- Ensure content aligns with educational objectives
- Lead internal capacity-building initiatives for staff
Job Type: 12-Month Contract
