Job Description
La He Trading International Pvt Ltd is actively searching for a committed Production Manager to oversee the entire production process of electric bikes. This critical role entails ensuring timely delivery, upholding quality control standards, and optimizing cost efficiency, while also supervising after-sales service operations, including warranty management and technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage production in alignment with sales forecasts.
- Supervise assembly line operations and enforce quality control measures.
- Oversee warranty claims and the management of spare parts inventory.
- Address customer complaints and resolve technical challenges effectively.
Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, accompanied by 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in e-bikes.
