Job Description
Company: Mansoor Traders (Father of Sanitary)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs100,00.00 – Rs125,00.00 per month
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or DAE in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
Experience: 8-10 years in a manufacturing environment focused on sanitary fittings, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Quality Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-dispatch inspection reports to clients.
- Prepare and submit daily line and final inspection reports.
- Analyze and trend monthly rejection data using various quality tools.
- Verify countermeasures for defective components.
- Conduct warranty parts analysis in collaboration with customers.
- Implement 5S and 7QC tools for continuous quality improvement.
