Job Description
Emenac Inc is looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Executive to join our International Call Center Campaign. In this role, you will assess call quality, facilitate quality control sessions, and collaborate with team leaders and agents to resolve quality-related issues.
Your responsibilities will include conducting monthly quality assessments, representing the quality department during daily meetings, and delivering weekly feedback on quality performance.

Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00/month

Education: Intermediate Required
Experience: 2 years in Quality Assurance Required
