Job Description

Skingen is actively searching for a dedicated Customer Support Agent (preferably female) with proficient communication skills in both Urdu and English for our Lahore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries related to our products and managing social media content effectively.

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently handle customer feedback and complaints.
  • Implement customer service best practices.
  • Maintain high service standards to enhance sales performance.

Qualifications:

– 2-3 years of experience in Customer Service or a related field.
