Job Description
Brickclay is actively searching for a motivated and experienced Telemarketing Specialist to enhance our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will engage in outbound calling, generate leads, schedule appointments, and secure sales for our clients. The ideal candidate will be goal-oriented, fluent in English, and proficient in managing high-volume calls while fostering strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outbound cold calls to B2B prospects.
- Effectively promote company services and present customized solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads, addressing inquiries with assurance.
- Arrange qualified meetings or demonstrations for our sales team.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of telemarketing experience (UK/USA campaigns preferred).
- Exceptional spoken and written English; a neutral accent is preferred.
- Availability to work night shifts (5 PM – 2 AM).
