Job Description
Domino’s Pizza Pakistan is seeking a dedicated IT Support Officer to join our team in Multan. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of all branch systems, including Pulse Servers and printers, across the North and Central regions. Your responsibilities will encompass monitoring call center systems, providing Level 1 software support, and diligently maintaining comprehensive logs of any technical issues.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, along with 1-2 years of relevant IT support experience. Strong communication skills and a readiness to travel are imperative for success in this role.
