Job Description
The Warehouse Supervisor at Cargill will lead operations within a smaller plant or facility. This role involves managing procurement transactions, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting supplier events, all while cultivating strong relationships with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring data integrity in procurement systems, and optimizing inventory levels to align with strategic sourcing initiatives.
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with a minimum of 8 years in warehouse management, preferably within a feed mill or FMCG environment. Experience in a supervisory role and proficiency with inventory management systems are highly desirable.
