We are currently looking for a motivated Customer Support Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling courier bookings, making order confirmation calls, and providing shipper advice. You will also interact with customers through phone, WhatsApp, and email, addressing their inquiries effectively. A positive attitude and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. Prior experience in customer support, logistics, or e-commerce is preferred.
Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month
