Job Description
PromoGen is actively seeking a skilled Sales & Customer Service Representative (Virtual Assistant) to enhance our Car Detailing Business in San Diego. Ideal candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a background in customer service, basic automotive knowledge, and experience with CRM software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone and text.
- Provide detailed service information, quotes, and assist with booking appointments.
- Understand various vehicle types for accurate pricing.
- Manage customer interactions effectively using CRM tools.
- Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Professionally represent the brand at all times.
Working Hours: Part-time | 12:00 a.m. – 5:00 a.m. (SD time) | Monday to Friday
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month
