Job Description

Link HR Consultants is actively seeking a motivated Front Desk Receptionist to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate will warmly greet and assist patients and visitors, ensuring an exceptional experience with professionalism and courtesy.

Key responsibilities include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, facilitating patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring the accuracy of patient records, and collaborating with clinical staff to promote seamless patient flow. We desire an individual who can maintain a tidy and organized front desk area while delivering outstanding customer service. A minimum of one year of prior receptionist experience is preferred.
