We are currently looking for a Customer Experience Officer to enhance our store support and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess between 0-2 years of customer service experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply), have completed at least 12 years of education, and demonstrate strong communication skills in Urdu.
Your main responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries and resolving complaints effectively.
