Job Summary: Jacked Nutrition is looking for an empathetic and skilled Complaint Handler to effectively address and resolve customer complaints. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing escalations, conducting thorough investigations, and ensuring timely resolutions while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in customer service or complaint handling.
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
