Job Description
Healthrix is on the lookout for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join our dynamic medical billing team. The AR Specialist will play a vital role in managing critical tasks such as billing, collections, and the resolution of outstanding claims.
- Process and submit medical claims to both insurance providers and government agencies.
- Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers.
- Investigate and resolve claim denials and discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely payments.
