Job Description
Shahnawaz Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated HR Associate to enhance employee engagement and retention within our organization. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing job descriptions, understanding employee assignments, managing task reassignments, and developing engagement programs. Additionally, you will monitor feedback from exit interviews and create key performance indicators focused on talent retention.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with 3-5 years of relevant HR experience. Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work independently are essential attributes for success in this role.
The starting salary for this position is Rs60,00.00 per month, accompanied by additional benefits.
