Job Description
ABS International is seeking a dedicated Branch Manager to lead our Karachi location. This full-time position requires a commitment from Monday to Saturday, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM PKT.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies for branch expansion and sustainable growth.
- Lead and mentor a team of over 50 banking and fintech professionals.
- Manage branch profitability and loss effectively.
- Ensure strict compliance with SECP and SBP regulations.
- Initiate and oversee customer retention programs.
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in the banking or fintech sectors.
- Preferred MBA or Finance degree.
- Thorough knowledge of SECP and SBP regulations.
- Strong strategic decision-making skills.
- Ability to work evening shifts.
