Bright Ideas Communications is seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) to act as a vital link between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring compassionate and efficient care. The PCC’s primary responsibilities include coordinating patient appointments, managing treatment plans, providing education to patients, and maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Candidates should possess a degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or patient services. Strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and proficiency in EMR systems are essential for success in this role.
