Job Description
We are looking for committed Lead Generation Agents for our U.S.-based B2B campaigns, which include AT&T, Spectrum, Comcast, and VOIP. This position involves making outbound calls to U.S. customers to generate and qualify potential leads. Agents will follow established scripts and campaign guidelines while consistently meeting lead targets. Maintaining a high level of professionalism and positivity during calls is crucial, as is collaborating with team members to enhance performance.
Qualifications: Strong English communication skills are required. Candidates must be available for night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) and must work onsite in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. Previous call center experience is advantageous, but new applicants are encouraged to apply!
