Job Description
The Ghani Institute of Technical and Islamic Education is seeking a full-time Hostel Warden. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising all activities in the hostel, ensuring a safe, secure, and academically conducive environment for students. Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining health, hygiene, safety, and security standards.
- Monitoring student behavior and addressing disciplinary issues.
- Keeping daily attendance and occupancy records.
- Resolving day-to-day issues and logging complaints for follow-up.
- Reinforcing the institute’s policies and ethos.
- Communicating promptly in emergencies or staff leaves.
