Bright Ideas Communications is in search of a dedicated bilingual Customer Service Representative fluent in Spanish. In this role, you will assist our Spanish-speaking customers by addressing inquiries and ensuring a high level of satisfaction through phone, email, and chat interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in Spanish.
- Provide accurate answers and effectively resolve concerns.
